About the role :

This is a full-time role, working Sunday-Thursday.

As Assistant Store Manager of our Sylvia Park store you will be crucial to the success of Animates. Your proven people management skills and leadership experience will be key in providing the Store Manager with the support they need to deliver customer service excellence, drive sales, coach the team whilst meeting the high operational standards and financial targets we expect.

To thrive in this exciting role you will need :

Proven experience coaching and developing others

Supervisory or store Management experience preferred but not essential

An exceptionally friendly and engaging manner to build a regular customer base and grow sales

Operational experience to identify key priorities, meet deadlines and delegate

Strong verbal communication skills

A positive can do’ attitude

Flexibility to work weekends, late nights and public holidays as required.
