The Brand Activation Manager will be responsible for coordinating and deploying the execution of brand strategies to deliver financial objectives and brand objectives for all Clorox brands sold in New Zealand.
Leading brands include Glad, Mono, Chux, and Kingsford Charcoal. Key Responsibilities About the Assistant Brand Manager role : This is a 12 months (maternity leave) contract role.
Your mission will be to work with cross-functional teams and agencies to plan, execute, monitor, measure and improve brand activation campaigns, creating best in class practices.
You will support the marketing team to execute the integrated marketing plan to achieve sales and share targets. Your close working relationships will be with the ANZ Brand Team and the Trade Marketing Manager NZ.
Key Skills, Abilities, Experience and Education Required In this role, the Brand Activation Manager will : Plan and execute brand activation programs to deliver unique, memorable and relevant brand experiences timely and effectively.
Lead local projects such as product line extensions, new packaging and be the key point of contact with important partnerships such as Terracycle.
Work with ANZ Marketing and NZ Trade Marketing to develop analytics of performance and post launch review of marketing programs and be responsible for managing various aspects of marketing administration for the NZ market.
Report to the Senior Brand Manager Key Skills, Abilities, Experience and Education Required : A highly capable marketer (brand or shopper) with 2-3 years experience at Assistant Brand Manager level or existing Brand Activation role, with a proven track record in a consumer goods organisation Experience in executing leading edge brand activations including consumer and shopper marketing campaigns, digital campaigns, and experiential campaigns.
Excellent written and oral presentation skills Strong project management, organisation skills and attention to detail. Understanding of the NZ FMCG retail environment Experience with Nielsen, Aztec and Homescan data is an advantage Skills And Abilities Ability to execute with excellence Naturally curious, always looking at better ways to achieve brand targets Proven ability to multi-task and set priorities A team player, with a collaborative nature Bachelors Degree in marketing or business More about Marketing Marketing is a powerful growth engine for Clorox.
