This lead position reporting to the Head of Capability is a key member of the Learning and Organisational Development team.

You will play a pivotal role in end-to-end capability development for individuals, teams and the total workforce.

This position will be the lead for a variety of high impact, business aligned initiatives focused on developing, engaging and retaining our people.

Your passion for and deep understanding of current workforce / workplace trends, capability and career development, will drive your ability to improve existing programs as well as, create and implement learning and business driven development strategies and plans.

Acting as an internal expert on employee development you will provide advice and support to executives and senior leaders.

Using your leadership skills, you will lead a team of diverse, results focused, global thinking individuals who continually strive to be the best at what they do.

We want you to identify capability requirements, influence and contribute to strategic direction of the organisation through areas of practice and in collaboration with other areas of OD and HR.

It will be important that you take our people on the journey with you.

Skills & Experience

  • A tertiary qualification in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an Organisational Development or similar role
  • Strong experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of learning and organisational development strategies, with track record of successfully leading teams
  • Proven success in designing and providing OD services and advice
  • Ability to lead change and develop sustainable solutions within the business
  • Proven written and verbal communication, negotiation, interpersonal, project management, and coaching skills
  • Sound understanding across all areas of an HR service with emphasis on success in organisational development
  • Experience in a regulated environment beneficial
