Our client requires two experienced Account Managers to bolster the Auckland team and work their magic on their valued existing clients.
One senior and mid-junior. The senior position will have a portfolio of ten clients at the top end of town. The mid-junior will enjoy 20-25 SME clients.
Many successful Account Managers in this company come from a technical, systems engineering background.
What you’ll be doing :
Manage an assigned number of existing key clients to a high standard, ensuring clients are satisfied with products and services provided
Become a trusted advisor and work with the Business Development Manager to succeed in growth for your portfolio of clients
Strategically develop and maintain a technology roadmap for each client - success comes from having a great plan
Build and maintain relationships, negotiating and managing SLAs and projects
What you’ll need to succeed :
Relevant years account management experience (senior 5+)
Proven IT solutions sales experience
A strong customer service delivery focus
High level of analytical / problem-solving skills
Excellent customer relationship building skills
Strong business acumen
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to sell innovation and ideas
A current and valid NZ driver’s license
