As an Assistant Manager in our Waikato area you will be crucial to the success of the store. Your proven people management skills and leadership experience will be key in providing the Manager with the support they need to deliver customer service excellence, drive sales, coach the team whilst meeting the high operational standards and financial targets.
You'll have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty and pride in the store and actively promote the store through in store merchandising and promotion implementation.
