  • Achieving agreed business targets, meeting customer needs, relationship building, and the establishmentThe Industry Manager role provides the right sales professional the opportunity to : Maintain and grow the business of existing accounts and develop new business, taking full responsibility for the delivery of budgeted commercial margin;
  • Develop sales of a portfolio of products into the Home Care and Hygiene industries by building relationships with new and existing customers;
  • Develop strong working relationships with strategic principals to further strengthen the product portfolio;Continually seek new markets and product sales opportunities;

  • e. in a technical or commercial role;A Technical background (tertiary qualified, in a Science discipline)Self-motivation to start up new initiatives to generate more sales;
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills;Innovation to develop new means to generate interest and fill the sales pipeline;
  • The ability to adapt to new requirements and have a flexible approach;To be highly organized and able to meet principal expectationsConfidence in interacting at all levels within the business from R&D to commercial and senior management;
  • Drive to challenge yourself personally and develop new skills along with the ability to think commercially and deliver results.
