  • Human centered service design
  • Storytelling for humans.
  • While not a definitive list, these are some of the main reasons people will come to us for help with, and the kind of mahi we roll our sleeves up and get stuck into.

Right now we’re involved in designing and implementing new organisational structures and ways of working, behavioural science led change management programmes, organisational strategy development, and data, insight and analytics led projects.

  • A solid understanding and appreciation for the design of a process
  • Collaborative, flexible and adaptable working style that operates with a growth mindset.
  • Effective problem solving skills that balance the divergent views of stakeholders.
  • Clear communication that brings clarity and credibility to a wide range of senior leaders and executives.
  • A solid work ethic coupled with a capacity to turn-around tasks / deliverables rapidly, resulting in a consistent throughput of work outcomes.
  • An inherently empathetic and human centered lens that puts people at the heart of business problems
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to apply patience, empathy and a collaborative approach to complex challenges.
  • Be high functioning and effective, while straddling the balance between being driven and collaborative.
  • Why is PwC a great place to work?

At PwC, you’ll have an unrivalled level of access to industry expertise and ongoing professional development both locally and through our global network of member firms.

You will learn to work together with your teams in a way that is cutting edge. We aim to inspire, motivate and reward our people to succeed in all areas of their lives.
