Fullers360 was born of a love for the Hauraki Gulf in 1981. 40 years downwind, our network unifies the entire Gulf. Through a reliable network and the passion of 350 crew and staff, Fullers360 ferries nearly 6 million people every year, getting commuters to work and visitors to play.
We have a fleet of 21 vessels with our electric hybrid ferry build set to start later this year. Additionally Waiheke Bus Company has a fleet of 30 modern buses ranging in size from 19 to over 70 seats.

Through this role you'll ensure we achieve high levels of service delivery to Fullers customers also ensuring a safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation.
About the role
This role form part of the operational side of Fullers360. Reporting to the Marine Manager and working closely with the Crew Development Managers, this role will see you scope and deliver a planned, focused and deliverable programme of training.
This work requires a high degree of administration to keep on track with the current high frequency of change in our operational requirements, including organising internal and external training resources / opportunities, and coordination with Operations Planning to ensure optimum coverage of roster.
This position will be required to execute the significant volume of training required to bring a high number of new recruits to meet operational requirements, as well as progress staff through qualifications.

About your background, skills and qualifications
Previous administration experience including gathering, processing and presenting data
Tech savvy with intermediate MS Excel skills
Analytically inclined with a knack for reporting
Proactive self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
A willingness to learn with a passion towards continuous improvement.
Health & Safety knowledge
Knowledge of MOSS, maritime rules as well as the Maritime Transport Act and Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.
