An extremely important part of ICT is Change and we have a dedicated Australasia-wide team of Change professionals who deliver essential Change Management services to our enterprise clients.
We are now looking in Auckland for a Change & Release Manager to manage the ITIL Change Management Life Cycle in an IT Infrastructure environment.
We’re talking end-to-end Change Management, CAB meetings, emergency change approvals etc. To do this effectively, you’re going to have to really get to know the business and the people in it.
In effect, you will be an integral part of their organization.
