We’re looking for a Digital Onsite Merchandisers to drive the planning, implementation and optimisation of our Merchandising content for Noel Leeming eCommerce site.

Job Description

There is a range of different jobs to do in this role, from showcasing our top sellers to directing the customer journey.

You’ll be looking to global leaders in online merchandising and lead the charge on developing new ways to present product and category through our sites.

Driven to succeed you’ll constantly be improving the experience for the customer and your efficiency in delivering the day to day operations of this role.

As part of the new and growing digital expertise you’ll help develop new ways of working with the trading and wider marketing teams, bringing a positive attitude to all you do.


  • Plan, co-ordinate and deliver best practise onsite campaigns with clear financial targets
  • Monitor the performance of campaigns to readily identify the best ROI in terms of approach and resource investment
  • Co-ordinate testing activity including planning, working with internal teams on content, design, implementation and analysis
  • Support the delivery of a seamless end to end online customer journey, highlighting and contributing to the problem solving of any issue
  • Analyse opportunities by leveraging all forms of insight from the system – feeding into collaborative sessions across the group

  • Qualifications

    What we’re looking for:

    We’re looking for a seasoned digital marketer who wants to spread their wings across a large and iconic kiwi brand.

    Confident in aspects of creative that communicate price, product and promotion in the digital environment you’ll be able to direct best practise from CTAs to Mobile rendering.

    We’re looking for someone with ideally 2 years’ experience in delivering online experiences in consumer internet and retail markets. You will be commercially savvy with a sales focus and proven performance in maximising conversion and cross selling. We’re also looking for the following:

  • Highly computer literate and detail focussed
  • Excellent communication skills; pro-active and highly motivated
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritise them and meet deadlines with heavy emphasis on realising measurable customer/financial goals
  • Demonstrated analytical skills 
  • Passion for CRM activities and consistently puts the customer and their experience first
  • Ideally a degree in Business and or Marketing
  • Experience with personalisation engines / tools a bonus
