We are seeking a highly intelligent, consultative Inside Sales professional who understands the art of listening to and solving customers’ problems and can represent the value of amazing Microsoft Cloud technology in person, on the phone, and guide customers via our 'chat' engagement platforms.
The role is to introduce businesses to MyCSP procurement platform and enable users to use the tool effectively.Your role is to seek out and speak to leads, prospects and current MyCSP customers / partners, carefully understand their needs, qualify opportunities, qualify out when necessary, then proceed to sign up prospects and enable customers.
Key to your role will be a subject matter expertise on all things Microsoft CSP including licensing and solution recommendations.
