About the Role :
We are looking for Recruitment Advisors to join our busy and vibrant recruitment team. We aspire to have healthy people and excellent care through productive partnerships and people centred services.
This role supports this vision by working closely with hiring managers to support and guide them through the recruitment process / lifecycle.
You will be coordinating recruitment activities for a portfolio of health care professionals. From advertising to on-boarding, you’ll be the go-to person for hiring managers and candidates.
The role includes administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process including advertising, interview set up, pre-employment checks, extending offers, collection of new starter documentation along with supporting candidates who are offshore.
In addition, as part of the position you will help hiring managers put the right people in the right roles at the right time, strengthen our culture and deepen our values.
