Century 21 Papakura are searching for an enthusiastic Receptionist and Administrator who is eager to learn and develop their career in Real Estate.

This is an important role needing someone with great people skills, a positive approach to their work and the ability to use initiative and work proactively.

The position prefers someone with some experience in reception and administration (previous real estate experience preferred but not essential).

however if you have strong attention to detail and follow processes and systems, we want to hear from you!

Being first point of contact you will be responsible for :

  • Greeting and assisting clients
  • Handling phone calls
  • Assisting in sales and property management administration
  • Database entry and management
  • Processing of sales Information
  • Contract preparation
  • Preparation of Marketing Material
  • The ideal candidate will have the following skills :

  • Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive and proactive approach to business and a willingness to learn
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software systems quickly and adapt.
  • Proficiency in Google suite of products, microsoft products, Social Media and online platforms.
  • A proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer / client service and response.
  • Immaculate presentation
  • As our successful applicant you will be provided excellent support and in-house training. Remuneration will be negotiated dependent upon knowledge base, skills and experience.
