The position

In this hands on’ role, the Team Leader Payments Administration will have the special ability to balance an essential administration role to support our key business objectives along with the responsibilities of leading an engaged, fun and highly productive team.

You will Guide by being a knowledgeable and approachable leader to your team. You will Guard by ensuring compliance and ethical standards are met and you will Go Beyond by ensuring the delivery of an effective and customer focused administration service.

  • Some of the day-to-day responsibilities include;
  • Deliver leadership to your team including coaching, mentoring and development of team members
  • Act as the key finance contact to the Personal Injury business, overseeing the processing and management of all third party provider invoicing
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your team ensuring the delivery of a best practice, customer focused financial administration service, meeting all internal and external KPIs
  • Provider payments run weekly interface to financials and ensure all errors are corrected
  • Branch Medical Advisor invoicing confirmation of monthly charges
  • Ensure Vendors and Providers are accurately entered into CAS as required
  • Collation of travel and other costs for on-charging to employers and generation of invoices as required
  • Prepare, enter, and sign off various invoices
  • Integration of automation and robotics programmes
  • Processing of claimant entitlement payments.
  • Assure compliance with regulatory requirements and professional ethics
