We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager with an interest in working in collaboration with a dedicated operational team.
This position leads the Facilities and Asset Management Precinct Operations team who are responsible for maintaining, protecting, and preserving the physical integrity and longevity of the Parliamentary Precinct and the Crown Heritage buildings.
The team actively provides a seamless, customer-centric, one-stop facilities and property service for building and accommodation matters for Parliamentary Service across the Parliamentary Precinct.
You will be a dynamic, forward thinking people-oriented leader and be able to put in place and maintain strong partnerships.
The Precinct Operations Manager holds overall accountability for the day to day building and accommodation operational functions on the Parliamentary Precinct.
You will manage the team to ensure that the agreed services of the portfolio meet the level of service intended and complies with the relevant legislative requirements.
In addition, you will establish and nurture a customer-oriented culture in the team that emphasises quality, continual improvement, and high performance.
You will provide leadership and direction across both the workshop and operations (administration, and helpdesk) disciplines to provide a customer centric building and accommodation support service.

The appointing base salary for this role is $103,902 to $114,716 per annum. Appointments will be based on skills, experience and relativity (remuneration band extends beyond the appointing salary range to account for tenure progression).
This is a full-time position.
