Reportingto the Service and Operations Manager you will be responsible for coordinatingincoming stock from our suppliers.

Thisinvolves ensuring stock is checked off and entered our computerised inventorysystem in a quick and timely manner, and that stock flows through the businessto reach the shelves in a timely manner to satisfy customer demand.

This is a full time,working predominantly on a Monday to Friday roster and up to 40 hours perweek. Some weekend work may be required,especially during peak periods.

Applicants must have afull driver’s license to obtain a forklift license if not already held, as thisrole requires the use of forklifts to unload and load trucks.

This role is aphysical, hands-on role in a busy area of the business. Accuracy, attention to detail, planning &organisation and communication are all essential skills for this role.

Previous experience inwarehousing and / or inventory management would be advantageous.

  • Ability to lead, develop and coach InwardsGoods Assistants
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Accurate handling and computer processing ofall incoming stock
  • Assisting with stock movements / unloading,which will include forklift use
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication at all levels
  • Maintaining standards and disciplines
  • Physically fit as there will be heavinglifting, prolonged standing, lifting and ladder use
  • Knowledge of Pacsoft an advantage
