Service Delivery Manager for our team in

New Zealand. You will be working very closely with our clients, you will ensure that service delivery and service support processes are on track for the consistent delivery of a high level of client service in an effective and cost-efficient manner.

  • Digital - Full stack Development, UI / UX Design, Mobile Development.
  • Customer Engagement - Marketing Campaigns, Campaign Analysis, Customer Insights.
  • Artificial Intelligence - Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Deep Learning.
  • Cyber Security - DevSecOps, Penetration Testing, Multi-Cloud Security, Security Posture Analysis.
  • Key Responsibilities of the Service Delivery Manager :

  • Play the role of Onsite Service Delivery Manager
  • Build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue between departments
  • Recommend methods of improvement and see that actions are implemented on time for service delivery upgrades
  • Provide accurate and regular reports to Management on service delivery performance
  • Personnel management - including staff recruitment, performance assessment, training, and mentoring
  • Skills we look for :

  • Should have experience in managing teams at Onsite and Offshore.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery
  • Mastery of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles
  • Expertise in people management and leadership
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Capacity to train and guide junior team members
  • Nice to have Skills .

  • Insurance Domain Knowledge
  • Java, JSP, Hibernate
