National Communication Team Leader Role

There is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Leadership Team as a new Team Leader.

Full time position, based in Petone Office

The current rostered hours will include evenings, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays and includes any other additional hours of work that may be arranged from time to time.

We are looking for a Team Leader who share our dedication to work in support of our clients, support workers and funders.

To develop, lead and provide supervision and oversight to the team of NCO, ACO and NCCO responsible for the delivery of a high standard one call resolution to Access clients, support workers and funders around the regions.

To ensure that professional development is on-going for every team member and intergrated into practice and to embrace and promote a strong, high-performing team culture.

National Communications Team Leader Role contributes to the delivery of our home-based support service by :

Working as part of the National Communications Centre Leadership team to deliver quality home and community support services to our clients

Facilitating co-operative and cohesive working relationships between our Regional Nursing, Care Coordination and Support Worker teams

Leading a team of National Communications Officers, Advanced Communications Officers and National Care Coordinations Officers to facilitate the delivery of a responsive client focussed home support service

Championing customer service and communication excellence

Managing escalations and complaints
