We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Developing customer relationship communication plans
  • Ensuring communication plans deliver against team objectives
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key business divisions to effect positive change
  • Managing a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Establishing reporting
  • Ongoing monitoring to continuously improve the programmes.
  • Recent experience in Customer Relationship Marketing and a love of data driven messaging
  • Gutsy : full of bravery and determination; not afraid to tackle the hard stuff
  • Astute : demonstrating knowledge and understanding to get to better customer solutions more quickly
  • Motivating : challenging and inspiring all those you work with to take action
  • Experience in the development and implementation of detailed and highly segmented remediation communications
  • Experience working within a large service organisation with large amounts of customer data and mapping communications journeys
  • Experience in marketing automation systems would be a plus.
