As a Specialist Customise Coach you will be responsible for coaching our frontline leaders in how to effectively coach our sales framework (Customise model) with their people.

They, in turn, will coach their people so that they may help make our customer's worlds safer through providing correct solutions to uncovered customer needs and thus deliver high quality sales results for the organisation.

Key ResponsibilitiesWork with the Operational and Regional managers to help design and implement strategies to upskill their frontline leaders understanding and application of the Customise frameworkEnsure that our frontline leaders have the capability to coach our customer facing people to meet customers' needsFacilitate Customise workshops and general skills sessions across both Contact Centres and The Retail Network to lift sales leadership capabilityConstantly review the sales process and make recommendations on how we may make design and delivery improvements of our customer facing teamsProvide technical customise coaching for front line leaders across Consumer to help them identify and understand existing skill and competency gaps and recommend tactics to plug these gapsIdentify growth improvement opportunities and coaching in which the customer experience and sales process could be improvedProduce and facilitate Customise refresher and training sessions to ensure that these leaders can initiate, and lead needs-

based value adding conversations and provide solutions which meet customer needsSkills & ExperienceMinimum of 6-8 years' experience in Insurance, Financial Services and / or Customer serviceYou will have proven sales leadership experience and success at leading and navigating a business through ongoing organisational and cultural changeYou will not only have a clear understanding of working with customer needs-

based models and frameworks, but you will also be commercially smart with an excellent understanding of the benefit of exceeding customer's needsExtensive practical and theoretical knowledge of the Customise frameworkAbility to use a range of influencing techniques and strategies with strong communication skillsYou will have strong relationship building skills and be results driven, thriving in a challenging, innovative environmentLet's TalkIf you have any questions, please contact Alex Hibbert -
