Job Description : Our Client has been building kiwi homes for over 20 years. They are experiencing a growth phase in the greater Auckland area and are on the look out for an experienced Residential Site Supervisor to join their awesome team.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the successful candidate will be supported by a well-established and positive team, who all focus on delivering projects to an excellent standard.
Key Responsibilities : Ensuring Health and Safety Compliance is met at all times
Overseeing and managing subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure builds are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
Client Liaison
Understanding and following company processes and procedures
Ensuring sub-contractors are Health and Safety compliant
Key Skills and Attributes : Qualified L.B.P. (advantageous)
Excellent understanding of New Zealand building codes and processes
A sharp eye and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and customer services
Computer savvy
Good problem-solving abilities
Ability to work autonomously and in a bigger team environment
