As a Store Manager you will have led large teams of 200+ staff with 4 or more direct reporting managers while working with sales in excess of $30M per year.
Your role is to ensure there is a positive store culture where customer service is a priority, managing the financial performance of the store, promoting strong leadership by coaching and developing the management team and team members and ensuring plans and strategies are effectively employed to increase sales and reduce expenses.
With the focus on improving the in-store experience, you will provide clear direction to your management team to enhance the store environment and ensure we are the number one discount department store for our customers.
The ideal candidate should have a solid background in retail management leading large teams and a strong belief in delivering customer service excellence.
You will be a high achiever with a passion that will motivate and inspire your team, along with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships.
