Kimberly-Clark proudly leads the world in essentials for a better life. About the Opportunity : The Assistant Brand Manager will support the KCNZ marketing team in the development and implementation of strategic plans and brand building activities for the Huggies portfolio.

This role has full accountability for delivering engaging and compelling content across all digital channels, with a particular focus on social media.

Priorities & responsibilities include :

  • Work with the Senior Brand Manager to effectively implement brand communications across digital, social, in-store and internal platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and the Huggies website;
  • Manage all queries across the Huggies brand portfolio;
  • Communicate all brand activities to Consumer Engagement Team;
  • Support key product launches to drive market share across KCNZ brand portfolio;
  • Lead Marketing team in key KC processes IMF (Innovation Management Framework), product development, budgeting, year-end accruals, A&CP management;
  • Execute excellent annual sampling plans across KCNZ brand portfolio;
  • Manage industry and trade events. Requirements :
  • Business, Commerce or Marketing degree;
  • Proven experience in a similar FMCG or retail environment;
  • Proactive with ability to work in a fast paced environment;
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills;
  • Strong presentation and communication skills;
  • Commercial acumen - comfortable analysing numbers and being able to understand business financials;
  • Experience with SAP, IRI / Aztec or Nielsen (desirable);
  • Experience in marketing products across digital and social media (desirable).
