We are on the lookout for a strong leader to make an immediate impact in the Gisborne Trade Centre.
Develop & lead a productive, motivated team
Identifying development opportunities for your team
Developing & implementing key strategies
Identifying opportunities in order to maximise sales and market share
Leading key trading activity including ownership of regular stocktakes & supporting effective LP programmes
Driving processes & procedures to ensure 'best practice'
Strong leadership experience, leading various sized teams
A high degree of people skills
A strong focus on customer service
A high degree of organisational and prioritising ability
Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, with ability to communicate at all levels
Knowledge of the local market
An ability to create and maintain strong relationships with our customer base / Account Managers
Good networking ability to help facilitate customer growth & ongoing market share
You will have the back up of your Area Manager and Support Centre with its Trade team, Marketing, Training, HR, Finance and Systems Support teams.
