What you will do
As the Facilities Management (FM) and Construction Partnership Manager, you will manage a portfolio of contracts for Defence Estate and Infrastructure.
Your responsibilities will include contract transition, contract management, ongoing supply performance and relationship management.
You'll maximise the effectiveness of goods and service delivery and develop innovation, solutions and value for money for the New Zealand Defence Force.
What we need
We want an energetic and motivated FM and construction professional who is able to see the big picture'. You'll be strategically minded and have the ability to make those hard decisions.
Your previous experience and background in contract management and FM along with the ability to work harmoniously with service providers is vital to your success in this role.
You'll have excellent communication skills which enable you to influence and challenge at a senior level. You also possess the skill to develop and maintain strong relationships with alliance partners, stakeholders and service providers.
Ideally you will have at least 7 years' experience managing complex service contracting for infrastructure or property services.
Some of this experience will have been in leading contract transition for multiple services across a geographically diverse portfolio.
You'll have a relevant property related, commercial and / or relationship management qualification, with a valid driver's licence and the ability to travel within New Zealand as required.
