Have you had some experience in Sales or Customer Service? We are on the hunt for professionals with both junior and senior Sales or Customer Service experience for temporary roles.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be required to :

Take inbound and outbound sales calls

Conduct post sale care

Maintain customer accounts and customer relationships

Respond and resolve all customer queries

Schedule, book and coordinate numerous orders

To be successful in this role you will need to :

Have sound experience in customer interaction

Be open to coaching or being coached

Have the ability to think on your feet

Resolve all customer enquires and complaints satisfactorily within company guidelines

Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written

Be extremely self-motivated

Have great organisational skills

Experience using systems, such as : SAP, Oracle or Greentree is desired but not mandatory
