In this full time position you will be involved in the interior design of our new villages from the outset, through concept and detailed design, construction and finally handover.

You will also be involved in re-design of interiors for our existing villages, working creatively to raise already high standards.

Work with a team of concept, interior, visual and construction designers on your project to ensure the integrity of the Interior fitout is remained from concept to construction Work across multiple projects and ensure they are kept up to date with material and design changes.

Design within Autodesk Revit and create detailed design for construction alongside the construction design team Project management and light management of junior interior members required in senior positions What's in it for you?

Who are you? The ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at the same time is second-nature to you You have proven experience with designing interiors for commercial and / or residential buildings.

You possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written For our Senior Role a minimum of 10 years Experience required.

For our Intermediate Role a minimum of 5 years Experience is required You have experience with design software Revit Passionate about liveable, functional and innovative architecture you design with flair but are pragmatic when necessary.

You pay attention to detail and recognise that sometimes it's the little things that make all the difference. You're flexible and adaptable -

whilst you love coming up with new ideas you recognise not all of them will come to life. You hold a current work Visa or Residency You have a friendly 'can-

do' attitude, with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed. Ability to work well in a large team with a variety of skillsets are a must.
