About the
This is an opportunity to join the Response Capability Team in the role of Operational Standards Manager. Reporting to the National Manager Response Capability this role is a member of the Response Capability Leadership Team and is responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of response capability operational standards for the organisation.

What you'll bring to the
Experience leading and managing significant work programmes including resources and budgets in large and complex Experience leading and managing people and leading a team of specialists and technical Experience leading the development and implement of operating policies, standards, procedures and Experience in managing and delivering response activities and Proven experience in aviation firefighting or other aviation
