  • New Zealand Rugby, has an exciting opportunity available. We are looking for a Executive Assistant to join our winning team to provide support to our General Manager of People, Safety & Wellbeing and their wider team, ensuring the team operates effectively and efficiently.

    In addition to providing personal administrative support to the General Manager, you’ll get involved with a range of activities across the team and wider organisation, including :

  • Supporting the delivery of the People, Safety & Wellbeing teams key projects
  • Organising and delivering team and staff events, conferences and workshops throughout the year
  • Provide logistical support to player induction days and workshops
  • Arrange People Safety & Wellbeing team travel
  • Support the office team by providing cover for reception from time to time
  • Provide general administrative support across the team as required
  • To be successful in this role you will be someone who prides themselves on providing exceptional administrative support with a positive, proactive approach to your work, ensuring tasks are completed to a high level of detail.

    You’ll be a team culture champion and natural relationship builder who enjoys a busy and varied role.

    You’ll bring :

  • Experience in a secretarial / administrative / coordination role with previous experience supporting executive and / or senior level managers
  • Confident with all forms of technology including AV and telecommunications equipment
  • An advanced user of Microsoft Word and an intermediate user of Excel and PowerPoint
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field would be advantageous but not essential
  • Prior experience working with material of a confidential nature.
