    An exciting multifaceted medical device’s role has become available with opportunities to grow the business across all surgical specialties.

    This role will suit an experienced Medical Device, Clinical Expert or Hospital Sales professional that is hungry for success and thrives on working in a fast-paced environment collaborating with a diverse range of healthcare professionals.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    Reporting into an experienced Sales Manager, you will have endless support and training on tap. The role is based in Christchurch, but location flexibility exists for the right candidate.

    A rare opportunity has presented within our Ethicon team. This division is growing rapidly, generating substantial opportunities across all surgical specialties, including General, Bariatrics, Urology, Gynecology and Cardiothoracic.

    By partnering with surgeons, nurses, and procurement staff within the hospital environment, you will use your natural talent for developing long term relationships with these customers to achieve sales growth and targets.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and implement a sound strategic territory business plan.
  • Train, educate and add value to a range of healthcare professionals.
  • Create and enhance strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Champion the team by being an active contributor to the continued success of the team.
  • Work synergistically with a tight team to deliver on an overall territory target.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies for each range of specialties.
  • Enhance corporate reputation in the ANZ market, build share of voice among industry peers.
  • Establish and maintain networks and relationships.
  • ITS ALL ABOUT YOU

    A proven track record of sales success selling to specialty surgeons, in a hospital theatre environment.

    Ability to work with a variety of healthcare professionals.

    If you are not from a sales background, a strong nursing or similar clinical field will be considered.

    Strong collaboration and communication skills, both internally and externally.

    The natural ability to develop relationships and have commercial conversations with a diverse range of customers
