What you'll be doing :

Due to various exciting projects being initiated we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join our highly engaged team.

Reporting into the BA Lead, you will support the delivery of strategic projects and organisational change through analysis and solution design.

Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will allow you to engage with suppliers, as well as internal / external stakeholders to build valuable working relationships and ensuring they are brought along through the change journey.

Your day to day will be :

  • Supporting the PMO and / or Systems Performance teams to deliver organisational change associated with projects, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and ready for change and assisting the Project Manager to deliver the project successfully
  • Supporting the business in identification of business benefit and value for all initiatives, including both tangible and intangible
  • Undertaking Business requirements investigation, analysis and solution design in accordance with assigned initiatives
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and external suppliers
  • A bit about you :

    You're the kind of person that has excellent attention to detail and time management skills where you will be able to deliver stellar projects within the required time frame to help improve business efficiencies and productivity.

    You will have a solid understanding of and proven capability in identifying and improving business processes and previous experience working on projects.

    You will also bring with you :

  • A solid understanding of project methodologies including Agile / Lean principles
  • Proven experience delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Solid business analysis techniques (including process mapping)
  • Excellent relationship and time management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and ability to take people on a journey
  • Ability to lead change and ensure stakeholders are fully involved
