The Job :
The Team Leader Community support services will deliver expert support for the people / whanau who are engaged with the Community services team.
Leading from the front you will work alongside the existing Team leader, Service manager and high achieving support staff to provide quality, responsive recovery support and providing a quality focused service.
Use of self as a therapeutic tool will be one strand of your mentoring and coaching approach. Your great communication and problem-
solving skills as well as relevant experience will position you well to succeed in this role. This is a community based role with a fair degree of autonomy working alongside and across the wider organisation.
To support mobility of the role you will have a company vehicle available for work and to and from home. You will also be provided with a cellphone and laptop.

This poisition is a Full time position of 80 hours per fortnight working Monday - Friday 0800 - 1700 however, flexibility with this is a must.
