We are seeking to recruit experienced Store Manager for our two wellsettled outlets located in Porirua A person who is selfmotivated who can go a few miles for the growth of the business Great career opportunity for customer service extraordinaire who would revel the opportunity to work with our leading brand famous for doing the ordinary in an extraordinary way Pizza making is our business and customer satisfaction is our religion Practice our religion and we guarantee your career Here is a brief snapshot of your next challenge Key Job Responsibilities Ensure the overall business meets profit targets and operates smoothly Look for opportunities to improve procedures and make improvements to purchasing and marketing policies Introduce new products which are ondemand and get rid of old stock promoting and advertising the stores goods and services Maintain security controls cash keys alarms and stock Stock and Financial responsibilities Setting priority for goods ensuring the highest profit Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control and pricing including implementing stock control systems stock tracking purchasing stock discounting and clearance Daily budgeting cash reconciliation petty cash and banking Develop and maintain a professional and cooperative relationship with suppliers Customer Service Enthuse our customers with great pizzas choices incorporating local favorites and taste Ensure supplies meet the demand stock management Set an envious service standard for your competitors Follow up on customer complaints comments quickly Keeping everyone safe yourself your team and customers by implementing health and safety standards Staff Management Recruiting selecting orienting training and motivating employees as well as conducting appraisals and performance reviews Ready to instill the drive of selfcompetition in your Great Team Ensure the business has a sufficient level of staffing and staff rosters are prepared in a timely manner Ensure staffs are aware of specials Using your skills in human resources you will select train coach and mentor the Great Team working for you Keep the stakeholders happy by ensuring the target ROI is achieved Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations What do you need to bring to the bargain Prior relevant 2 years management or supervisory experience in a commercial hospitality environment Relevant business qualification does not need to be from Harvard 167 168 Food and Hygiene certificate is preferable Computer skills strong knowledge of Microsoft Office excel outlook word Excellent oral and written communication skills The employee may also have been asked to perform any other duties required within the scope of the business from time to time Additional Information The position will require weekend work and latenight work and must available to work on rotating shifts Public holidays and some split shifts If you feel that you are suitable for the above position please apply online Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
