As an Account Director, you'll work with a well-known enterprise brand and spearhead their digital transformation journey.
Managing a team of between one and three Account Managers, you will lead conversations around building an exceptional customer experience through utilising customer data and databases / DMPs / CDPs, loyalty programmes, and CRM.
The focus here is on owned channels (rather than paid media). As this consultancy is very well-established with deep and long-standing relationships in place, you will have solid internal systems and processes to support you.
