Duties and responsibilities for this position are as mentioned below.Clean allocated rooms, suites, corridors and service areas to the standard and in the time set by the policies and procedures of the Amora Hotel.
Correctly apply the methods of cleaning and maintaining rooms, corridors and service areas.Understand and perform correctly the process when handling lost property.
Stack and prepare maid’s trolley, linen shelves for next day’s operation.Report immediately to your Floor Supervisor any malfunctioning equipment, damaged furniture or fittings.
Use chemicals in the correct manner for cleaning purposes. Ensure that gloves are worn when necessary.At all times, give pleasant and courteous service to guests but if unable to answer guest requests, direct or take guest to appropriate.
