  • About the Role

    The purpose of the Home Manager role is to lead, manage and develop the services for the Enliven home residents. This is an exciting and challenging operational role that will require you to maintain focus while balancing multiple priorities.

    It will give you the opportunity, within a supportive leadership team, to lead and implement cultural change, drawing on your strong coaching skills and collaborative approach.

    You have a dedicated team around you including a Clinical nurse manager and two clinical co-ordinators to support quality improvements within the homes.

    You will also play an integral part in ensuring the Eden philosophy is maintained and practiced in the Home and build on the positive reputation of the home as a residence of choice.

    The role is based at Cashmere and Cashmere Heights Homes, in Johnsonville.

    Working for Enliven is fast paced and requires a manager keen to continue to strive for improvements to enhance our residents’ lives we are supportive and encourage new ideas from our teams.

    Having a clinical background would be an advantage but is not essential.

  • About You

    Along with excellent communication and a quality improvement focus, you will hold :

  • Nursing or health science degree, business management degree or post graduate degree
  • Proven leader with ability to lead staff through change and grow the team to get the best out of everyone, at any level
  • Positivity and enthusiasm through trying and difficult times
  • Understanding of ARC funding and budget management
