Front Office Manager : $62,400.00 + Company Benefits!
Duty Manager : $57,741 + company Benefits!

Responsibilities include :
Guide & support the team in providing outstanding guest experiences
Provide personalised and proactive guest service
Resolve & respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
Effectively manage team roster to meet budgets
Support Hotel Manager with recruitment
Front office management or supervisory experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude
