Working out of our vibrant central city office (and WFH too), you’ll be bringing your collaboration game too as you work with the wider team across both offices, to meet our clients’ high expectations and produce great results.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director Wellington, you’ll have the full support of the Wellington and Auckland teams to deliver an integrated service to our clients across strategy, advertising, digital, media, social and community engagement.

Must haves

Your business know-how and strategic thinking will be fundamental to your success in this role, together with your ability to switch focus between long-term strategic outcomes and day-to-day implementation.

You’ll need to be confident with managing clients and taking the lead on key projects, providing insight to help shape our clients’ long term strategies.

You’ll need

  • Min 5+ years’ working in a similar role
  • Experience or a passion for working with Government clients
  • Outstanding client management and project management skills
  • Previous experience leading, coaching and developing a team
  • A natural passion for the industry and nurturing and growing the team that work with you, and support you
  • A love of doing things different, together better
  • You may be a proud born and bred Wellingtonian looking for your next move, an ex-pat ready to move home to the safe shores of Aotearoa, or you may be open to relocating nationally.
