PGG Wrightson have a full time vacancy in our Wanganui Rural Supplies Store for a sales driven Customer Service Representative (CSR) who would enjoy helping out in the store room and going on-farm to complete deliveries.
This position is 40 hours per week, Mon- Fri in addition you may be required to work on rostered Saturday mornings.

A typical day as a CSR includes :
Using your exceptional customer service skills to greet customers both in store and over the phone
Networking with customers as you share your knowledgeable advice about our extensive product range
Putting your proven sales techniques to great use as you process sales and product requests using our D365 computer software
Applying your excellent attention to detail to accurately receive and process inwards goods
Showing off your creative side as you display our store stock to maximise sales
Displaying your commitment to safety as you operate the company vehicles including the forklift and apply safe manual handling techniques
What you'll bring to the team :
Rural sector knowledge and experiences
A positive hard working attitude
Great communication and willingness to be an outstanding team player
Standout computer literacy skills that enable you to promptly switch on to our systems
Good physical fitness as you will be on your feet for the majority of the day and be required to complete many manual handling tasks throughout the day
A full, current, and clean NZ drivers' licence so you can operate the forklift and assist with deliveries. F endorsement and experience driving a Ute and reversing a trailer will also be a big advantage
It would be preferable if you have previous rural retail experience however if you tick all the other boxes we will still be keen to hear from you as we can teach the skills if you have the right attitude
