To be successful in this role

  • we are looking for a Direct Customer Comms Specialist with experience in the following range of areas or similar;
  • Minimum of 4 years’ direct to customer marketing
  • Exposure to building a full customer lifecycle communications programme
  • Customer centric ensure that the customer is placed at the heart of every decision and are a disciple of leveraging insights to growth
  • Proven ability to blend creative flair and judgement and the art of storytelling
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven creative judgement and passion for the art of storytelling
  • Analytical acumen cross reference data, insights, and benchmarks to build performance
  • Ability to influence others to agree with and support one’s agenda
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented and proactive
  • Our home-base is in Mt Wellington, but as we embrace flexible working you won’t be expected to be on site every day. We’re looking for a unique, talented and driven person to be a part of our future.
