To be successful in this role
we are looking for a Direct Customer Comms Specialist with experience in the following range of areas or similar;
Minimum of 4 years’ direct to customer marketing
Exposure to building a full customer lifecycle communications programme
Customer centric ensure that the customer is placed at the heart of every decision and are a disciple of leveraging insights to growth
Proven ability to blend creative flair and judgement and the art of storytelling
Proven written and verbal communication skills
Proven creative judgement and passion for the art of storytelling
Analytical acumen cross reference data, insights, and benchmarks to build performance
Ability to influence others to agree with and support one’s agenda
Excellent interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented and proactive
