About the role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this exciting opportunity is based at our Hamilton Branch. As our Operations Manager you will manage the day to day processing of all inbound and outbound freight, ensuring the utilisation of appropriate resources to achieve financial results, and to deliver high quality freight forwarding solutions to our customers.
This role will involve effectively leading the operations team to achieve quality service standards, whilst upholding a safe working environment.
Working as part of the Toll team, you will develop effective working relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
You will be self motivated with strong planning and time management skills, which give you the ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment.
