We are looking for passionate Retail Duty Managers to join our team. We have multiple locations across the Henderson and Te Atatu area, with variety of hours across the week, there are plenty of shifts to suit your need!We are looking for someone who brings their A-Game when it comes to helping our customers to find that perfect beverage for every occasion, plus the ability to think outside of the box to turn customers into our biggest fans! In return, you will be provided with structured training programmes to help you hit the ground running.
You will work alongside some of the most experienced Retail Managers to learn the ins and outs of creating an industry leading retail store, plus tailored leadership development opportunities to accelerate your career in retail!The Role : Deliver exceptional customer service experience while monitoring and upholding the Store's legal obligations with respect to the Sales of Alcohol legislationEffective use of retail merchandise strategies to optimise Store presentation, promotional display and most importantly generate salesOverseeing all aspects of cash handling, stock management, health& Safety and, staff training and developmentWhat Are We Looking For?
valid Liquor Control Qualification and General Manager's licenceprevious experience working in a retail environmentstrong communication skills, a passion for delivering world class customer shopping experience with proven track record in building lasting rapportthe ability to deliver retail merchandise strategies with a unique and creative flaircommitment in upskilling your team including onboarding, on the job training and specialist product knowledge.
