You’ll love working for Axis!The Axis Oceania team is looking for an Key Account Manager to find new business opportunities and deliver sales within a selected number of accounts, making sure that our customers constantly get the full value of Axis.
You will be working on the field, closely to our customers, making sure that you are there as a partner for them, ensuring our common success in projects.
You will handle accounts on a daily basis, acting as a professional interface between the accounts and Axis.This position is based in either Auckland or WellingtonWhat you will doDevelop clear business plans for the selected key accountsSet annual targets on each account and continuously follow up on KPI’s on theseArrange and execute partner and end customer visits to conduct demonstrations, presentation and lunch learns.
Continually promote and educate integrators, consultants and end users on Axis current technologies.Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, webinars and other promotional sales activitiesWork closely with the system integrators to develop the project pipeline and close projectsPrepare sales reports for new and existing projects as neededWho are we looking for Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 2 or more years’ experience in a similar sales positionAble to function efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with indirect sales, bonus points if you are in a technical sales position from the IT or Security industryIT exposure in networking, IP-based technologies and applications with sound knowledge of network infrastructure an advantageWe are looking for enthusiastic people who are inspired by success and the ability to take the initiative.
