We have two Team Leader positions in the Primary Butchery department at our Pacific plant near Hastings for passionate food people who care about producing quality food products and are experienced in building performance based cultures that make a difference.

The Team Leader Primary Butchery will be responsible for assisting with leadership of our beef processing operation and managing compliance and health and safety to achieve all aspects of a high quality food production business.
These positions will also be responsible for assisting with the supervision of the personnel and operations of the department, achieving department KPI's, including quality, and production objectives.
