About the role

We are now taking expression of interest applications for potential future roles for District Manager’s to join our fast-growing Pest Elimination business, covering the New Zealand .

Reporting into the Operations Manager across ANZ, the new District Manager will play an integral role in ensuring the continued success and expansion of our Pest Management Services within the commercial sector.

The successful applicant will have a management background and will thrive in an environment where they are tasked with developing our associates to become future leaders within the business.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a customer centric manager to own customer relationships and negotiations with some of the biggest food manufacturing and hotel companies within New Zealand;
  • whilst supporting and developing a team of professional Service Specialists.

    Your responsibilities :

  • Full ownership of the financial management of the district including full P&L responsibility
  • Leading, managing and succession planning across a team of 8- 12 Service Specialists
  • Presenting business review presentations across major customer accounts
  • Building and maintaining key customer relationships to support business growth
  • Supporting sales growth through operational planning of customer service schedules along with team workforce planning
  • Close coordination with the Corporate Account Team and Technical Teams to drive growth across the territory
  • Adherence to all OH&S policies and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
  • By nature, you can demonstrate :

  • A track record of financial management including management of the P&L
  • A strong commitment to safety
  • People leadership experience along with performance management exposure
  • A full and valid driving licence
