About the Role

Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager - this is not your typical Onboarding Project role !

As a business we are looking at a big transformation in relation to how we recruit, on-board and embed people into our business and we want you to not only look after the process but to design it!

Over the next 18 months you will work closely with the business and its stakeholders throughout each phase of the project from requirements gathering and needs analysis to selecting the best existing system and tools to support the implementation and delivery of the Onboarding program.

This newly created 18 month long Fixed Term role will see you -

  • Lead a co-design of the end to end onboarding process and program with all relevant stakeholders to provide the best employee experience for new Datacom employees and their Managers
  • Lead the design of the process and program for all assets including platform & learning content, curation of existing content, employee and manager experiences throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Be responsible for engagement and communication with the Datacom Leadership community to promote requirements and resources available for their employees
  • Implement the program including facilitation, co-ordination, communications, feedback and continuous improvement processes
  • What You’ll Bring

    Given the nature of the work and this being a newly created position for us you will need to have designed and delivered a similar onboarding program in an organisation of substantial size and complexity.

    You will have outstanding knowledge of employee experience strategies and best practice onboarding systems and methodologies

    You will also possess strong experience in program design, stakeholder management and content curation
