Our team iscommitted to supporting the growing needs of our organisation and we have one permanent role for a ProgrammeDeveloper to join our Tokokauneke Curriculum Development team.

About the role :

The primary purpose of the Programme Developer is to lead the buildingand development of new and existing curriculum, assessments and resources for arange of delivery contexts and according to TWoA, NZQA, SSB’s and TECrequirements.

This includes creating andcompleting all teaching and learning resources for the assigned curriculumensuring that all evidence, documents and supporting resources are fit forpurpose and are of a high quality.

The keyresponsibilities of the role include :

  • Providing exceptional planning and projectmanagement of assigned programme developments
  • Develop new programme documents and re-developing existing programmedocuments for internal and external approvalas required includingsupporting programmeassessments, resources andmaterials
  • Facilitating stakeholder groups to reviewcurrent programmes and curriculum content and to develop new programmes andcurriculum content for suitability and relevance
  • Completing all learning and teaching resources forassigned programmes
  • Co-ordinating andfacilitating programme, resource and assessment forums to complete programme development applications
  • Working closely with, and providingmentoring to Programme Development Advisors
  • Assisting the Planner ProgrammeDevelopment to provide current and relevant reporting to the Poururuku
  • Aboutyou : You have :

    You have :

  • Master’s Degree or Post graduate diploma preferablyin Education
  • NZQA 11551 and 11552 unit standards orequivalent skills and knowledge
  • Full New Zealand Driver Licence; and
  • A minimum of 4 years’experience in programme development (curriculum, assessment and resource)within ITP, PTE and / or Wānanga
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in workingwith the NZQA Framework
