  • In this role, you will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure the smooth running of the accounts payable function as well as assist the management team with efficient cash flow planning and correct reporting.

    The successful candidate will have an excellent level of customer service, clear written and spoken communication and someone with an outgoing personality.

    The ability to meet deadlines and maintain performance during pressure periods such as month end is key. About the team The national finance team is a passionate and collaborative team who are strongly committed to best practice and excellence.

    Split across 4 sub teams; Tax, Financial Accounting and Payroll, Accounts Payable and Receivable and Business Performance and are responsible for the firm’s national finance function.

    Enough about us, let's talk about you! You are someone with :

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an account’s payable environment
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritise appropriately and support others to meet deadlines
  • Highly professional with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing ensuring communications are precise, clear and understood by recipients
  • Intermediate to advance excel skills
  • The ability to work efficiently & effectively with attention to detail
