Kia ora! I’m Alena, Project Manager, Distribution at Heartland. We’re looking for a Project Analyst to join our team based in Newmarket, on a 6 month contract.

You’ll support me to deliver our Distribution Conduct & Culture workplan. You’ll help to manage change with the Distribution teams, grow and execute new assurance activities.
You’ll identify and develop new controls, facilitate workshops, develop new processes, evolve and implement our hind sighting framework and implement our call recording framework.

You may be at the start of your career, hungry to gain experience. You’ll likely be a compliance analyst, process improvement or control analyst.
You’ll have project & process improvement experience in financial services and have excellent interpersonal skills. With a great attitude you work well in a team, show initiative and learn quickly.
You enjoy a buzzing ever changing environment, you’re a doer, and work at pace.
