The role of the Health Care Assistant is to assist the Registered Nurse and deliver a high standard of care to patients in the inpatient unit.
Applicants need to have completed a Certificate in Health Care Assistance Level 4 or an equivalent relevant qualification, and also to have worked in a health care setting as an HCA or in a related health care consumer service.
